Crawfish Recipe

Crawfish And Crab Etouffee

Ingredients:

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 pound peeled crawfish
1 pound cleaned crab meat
4 yellow onions
4 purple onions
1 stalk celery
3 bell peppers -- 1 yellow, 1 red,
-- and 1 green
4 cloves garlic
1 cup green onion
1 pound butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation:
Dice veggies and saute' (except green onions) in butter. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 25 minutes. Top with green onions and serve over rice.
